Our staff of 32 professionals is growing and seeking qualified candidates to add to our team. We are a friendly well-established design practice with commercial projects throughout the Baltimore-Washington Region. Showcasing Building Improvements Post COVID-19 in Northern Virginia

Construction is underway for Arium AE’s recently completed building amenity improvements for the lakeside anchor building of a five building office/flex/industrial complex located in Avion Business Park, a Class A development in Chantilly, VA. Having recently purchased the Northern Virginia Portfolio, Minkoff Development called on Arium AE to modernize and expand the building amenities. Improvements include a new welcoming, bright and modern building lobby with an adjacent tenant spec suite, a new building conferencing center and micro market lounge.

Monitoring Permit Office Status during COVID-19 Outbreak

Permitting and Inspections Moving Beyond COVID-19

In order to slow the spread of the coronavirus, most jurisdictions across the region have closed their buildings to the public, cancelled in person reviews, moved strictly to electronic submissions/reviews and switched to conducting virtual inspections only. Arium has been monitoring the continual status changes at each of these jurisdictions for over 2 months to ensure that our client’s projects are moving forward in the review process.
