We’re leading the design for a fast-paced, phased project for a DoD contractor as they expand their operations facility.

Arium AE has been selected to lead the design for a fast-paced, large 90,000 SF phased project for a confidential DoD contractor as they expand their operations facility to support increased production demand.

This project is taking place within an existing, occupied building that requires careful planning, clear communication, and close coordination with the managers to maintain operations while advancing critical infrastructure improvements. A new stair and elevator will be constructed to access the building’s roof, and a portion of the 2nd floor slab will be removed to create an expansive double-height space for equipment at ground level.

Our team is managing the design across multiple scope areas in parallel, helping the client move forward efficiently while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
