Arium AE’s industrial design studio is excited to partner with Core Development Group on a groundbreaking 29,700-square-foot mixed-use flex space shell in Lexington Park, Maryland. With impressive 24-foot clear heights, this new building in St. Mary’s County, near the Patuxent River Naval Base, will offer office space and goods-distribution capabilities. It’s the first of five innovative structures planned for the Willows Road Business Park, contributing to a total of 117,700 square feet. The project is currently under construction.
