Arium AE’s industrial design studio is providing Core Development Group with architecture and engineering services for a new 48,000-square-foot shell flex building at Urbana Pike in Hyattstown, Maryland. The building consists of concrete tilt-up panels with a 24’ clear height. The rear loading dock features a uniquely wide drive-in ramp across half the building and loading dock doors with levelers across the other half.
The front features include brick and stone formliner patterns, hanger rod canopies above the entry doors, and shades of gray that provide visual intrigue and a layered effect on the façade. The project is currently under construction.
