The project involved modifying the entry vestibule and creating new rooms for a call center, a changing room, lash & spa services, laundry, and restrooms, all within a 4,600 SF space.
This modern beauty boutique blends chic and comfort, boasting crisp white shelves that showcase vibrant product arrays against minimalist decor. Warm copper pendant lights dangle artfully, harmonizing with plush, velvety seating to create an inviting, upscale ambiance ideal for a discerning clientele.
Two years after its establishment, Arium provided its services for an expansion into the adjacent tenant suite. The scope of the expansion included modifying the reception area, converting the dental treatment rooms into spa treatment rooms, adding a pedicure/manicure room, and converting one of the offices into a client locker room, a staff break room, a laundry room, and another office.
