After more than 50 years as an RV & Camping Center, this two-story structure underwent a complete transformation to become the new home of Exclusive Motorcars. Arium AE provided full architecture and MEP engineering design services for the adaptive reuse project, delivering a facility that includes a modern vehicle showroom and sales floor, second floor office space, and dedicated photo, wash, detail, and garage service bays. Ample site parking supports a large stock of pre-owned luxury vehicles.
Working in collaborative design-build partnership with the General Contractor, Arium addressed a range of design challenges to reimagine the prefabricated metal building. The client placed a strong emphasis on creating a bold street presence along Liberty Road, and Arium’s design responded with layered materials and textures to achieve a clean, contemporary façade at an impactful scale. The team collaborated closely with the client and contractor to deliver a project that met evolving schedule and budget goals while elevating the brands visibility and customer experience.
