Arium AE is excited to partner with Blake Real Estate to transform the lobby of this K Street building with a beautiful upgrade that combines style and functionality. We’re refreshing the space by replacing the old wood paneling and red stone cladding with sleek back-painted glass and integrated wall lighting, creating a vibrant atmosphere that positions the building as a distinctive property among its peers. The outdated patterned flooring is being replaced with an elegant herringbone-patterned stone accent tile that blends into the remaining building finishes.

Visitors are greeted by a new reception desk, centered within the space and flanked by seating areas that extend the workspace for informal meetings. To complete the experience, the ceiling and accent lighting work with the natural light in the space to ensure the lobby is bright and welcoming, signaling a sense of safety and security.
